Privacy Policy for AI Facade Home

1. Overview

AI Facade Home is an iOS app that helps users generate home exterior, facade, front yard, backyard, and patio design previews from photos they choose or capture. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

Using the app does not by itself authorize transmission of your personal photo. Before a selected personal photo is sent for AI generation, the app explains the data transfer and asks you to choose whether to allow it.

2. Information We Collect

Photos and generated images

When you use the generation feature, the app processes the house exterior photo you select or capture and sends a resized image to our generation service so it can create a design preview. Photos may include details visible in the image, such as a home exterior, yard, vehicles, house numbers, street features, or other objects in view.

The app creates generated result images based on your selected style and generation settings.

Generation details

We may process style selections, prompt details, image dimensions, generation settings, random seed values, request identifiers, approximate region or language settings, and an app-generated random user identifier used to manage generation requests.

Purchase information

If you subscribe to AI Facade Pro, purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We receive subscription status information needed to unlock paid features, but we do not receive or store your full payment card number.

Device and technical information

Our services and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as IP address, request time, app version, device platform, language setting, error logs, and server logs for security, reliability, debugging, abuse prevention, and service operation.

3. Information Stored on Your Device

AI Facade Home may save a local history of recent original photos, generated images, request details, and style metadata on your device so you can review previous results. This local history is stored in the app's private storage. You can clear history inside the app, and deleting the app removes local app data from your device.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Generate AI exterior design previews requested by you.
• Display, compare, and save your generated results in the app.
• Manage subscription access and restore purchases.
• Maintain, secure, debug, and improve the app and generation service.
• Respond to support requests and enforce our terms and policies.

5. AI Processing

When you tap Allow & Generate, the app sends a resized JPEG copy of your selected house photo, your selected style and generation instructions, and anonymous technical request details through encrypted HTTPS connections to AI Facade Home's own backend and self-operated AI image-processing infrastructure. This information is used to generate and return the redesign you requested and to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Cloudflare, Inc. provides network, security, routing, and Worker infrastructure for the AI Facade Home service. Our self-operated AI servers are hosted on AutoDL cloud infrastructure. Cloudflare and AutoDL may process the transmitted photo and request data only as infrastructure service providers supporting the requested generation. AI Facade Home does not send submitted photos to an external AI model provider.

No personal photo is transmitted for AI generation before you tap Allow & Generate. If you tap Not Now, the generation request is not sent and the app will ask again the next time you try to generate. If you tap Allow & Generate, your choice is stored on your device and the app will not ask again on that installation before future generations.

We do not intentionally use your submitted house photos to identify you, train an external AI model, or sell your photos.

Please avoid uploading photos that show people, private documents, sensitive locations, or information you do not want processed by an online service.

6. Sharing of Information

Cloudflare, Inc. may process submitted photos, generation details, IP address, and request logs only as needed to route, protect, and operate AI Facade Home's network service. AutoDL may process submitted photos and generation details only as needed to host and operate our AI servers. Unity Technologies may process limited app, device, and purchase-service technical information used to initialize Unity services and in-app purchasing; AI Facade Home does not send your submitted photos to Unity Technologies. Apple processes subscription and payment information through the App Store; AI Facade Home does not send your submitted photos to Apple for AI generation.

We require service providers that process user data on our behalf to provide the same or equivalent protection described in this Privacy Policy, use the data only to provide contracted services or comply with law, and apply appropriate security and confidentiality measures.

We do not sell submitted photos or generation data, and we do not share them for advertising or cross-app tracking.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of users or others, to prevent fraud or abuse, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

7. Retention

Local history remains on your device until you clear it or delete the app. Submitted photos, generated results, request records, and server logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete and return the requested generation, maintain security and reliability, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. Data is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You can choose not to upload a photo or use the generation feature. You can decline AI processing when the app asks for permission; if you decline, the photo is not sent and the app will ask again the next time you try to generate. If you allow AI processing, your choice is stored on your device. You can withdraw that permission for future generations by deleting and reinstalling the app and choosing Not Now. You can clear local generation history inside the app and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information. To make a request, contact us at support@aifacadehome.com. We may need information from you to verify and process the request, such as your request identifier or the email address you used to contact support.

9. Children's Privacy

AI Facade Home is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate action.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app or on this website.
